The Cameron County Sheriff’s Office arrested Victor Manuel Castillo, 27, and Alejandra Maria Guevara, 23, for allegedly smuggling marijuana into the Carrizales‑Rucker Detention Center, with Castillo already in custody and Guevara taken into custody at a Brownsville residence.
