Military Highway Water Supply Corporation announced on Wednesday, Oct. 14 2026 that the boil‑water notice for Del Mar Heights customers supplied by East Rio Hondo Water Supply Corporation has been rescinded. The notice had been issued after an emergency water‑line break at 5 p.m. on Oct. 8, and the agency said the water is now safe for drinking, cooking, making ice and other household uses.
