One 96-gallon green cart per home, collected once a week; at the curb by 7:00 AM. The city is divided into five weekday zones:

Once a month: large limbs, shrubbery, bagged leaves (up to 50-gallon bags), furniture, appliances, mattresses. The city is split into 4 sections — your Monday depends on where you live:

Timing rules: nothing out earlier than 7:00 AM the Thursday before your week; everything out by 7:00 AM the Monday of pickup week. Fines up to $500/day for violations.
NOT accepted: demolition debris, auto parts/batteries/tires, contractor debris, electronics, appliances with coolant or gasoline (ACs, refrigerators, lawnmowers), dirt/rocks/concrete, liquids/poisons/explosives, or everyday household trash.

The City of Pharr does not publish a street-sweeping schedule — no page, map, or document exists on their site (we checked). To find out when your street is swept, ask through the Pharr 311 app, or request Public Works' internal schedule under the Texas Public Information Act.
