The City of McAllen’s Annual Debt Report lists every bond the city has issued up to September 30 2022. For each bond it shows the original amount, how much principal is still unpaid, the interest that will be paid until the bond’s final maturity, the total amount (principal + interest) that will be paid, the maturity date, whether the debt is backed by property taxes, and how much money the city actually received from selling the bonds and how that money was spent.
